Woodway’s One-Stop Center

Every Thursday | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

To better serve our customers, the City’s One-Stop Center consolidates the process of development and permitting assistance into a single location.

The One-Stop Center is the primary intake point for commercial and residential development as well as building permitting applications. It is also a primary payment location for all building and over-the-counter construction permits, as well as most other City applications and licenses.

Representatives from the Planning and Inspections Department, as well as other City departments involved in the development process, are available to answer questions and offer guidance and assistance during the planning, design, review, and inspection phases of the development process.

For More Information

For more information about required inspections on a particular permit, or any questions regarding permitting requirements, please call the Inspections Department at 254.772.4050.
