Juvenile Court – Juvenile & a Parent/Guardian is required to appear before the Judge
1st Saturday of the Month between 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
The last Wednesday of the month at 9 .m. by appointment only
If you do not wish to go before the Judge, Municipal Court hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. located at the Woodway Public Safety Building, 920 Estates Drive, Woodway, TX 76712.
Responding to Charges
You have 20 business days to respond/appear to your charge(s) filed against you. Appearance is made either in person, online or in writing. Only the defendant can make his/her appearance. No one can make an appearance on the defendant’s behalf.
Please note that a telephone call is not considered an appearance. You may access your case online, view your options online and pay online.
Failure to Respond
If you fail to respond to your charge within the 20 day appearance time, the offense fine amount may be maxed to the highest amount allowed and warrants issued for your arrest. Warrant fees of $50 (each) will be assessed for executing or processing a warrant. If you fail to appear in court as required by law for the prosecution of the offense(s), you may be denied the renewal of your driver license and registration and assessed additional fees.
